What does it mean to be a Team? A TeamWE?
Often people get together to work as a team but do not share a common purpose. They are in Me-centric vs. We-centric perspective. This may lead to conflicts, lack of trust, lack of support, lack of clear communication, to name a few. Ultimately, it affects team performance and impacts the organization as a whole.
Our programs are designed to move the team from a Me-centric perspective to a We-centric perspective and help them develop effective processes (internal and external) together with a strong sense of belonging and trust. We work together with the team to help them find ways to 'continuously co-create beneficial value with and for all their stakeholders' (P. Hawkins, 2021).
Each team has different priorities and development opportunities; therefore, we do not offer a one-fits-all program. Instead, we design ad-hoc interventions to address the issues at hand effectively.
six key steps:
Meet the leaders and their team, and work together to diagnose the issues and the opportunities.
Design the program based on specific goals, and gain stakeholders' commitment. Agree on indicators to track team growth.
Highly engaging team activities and hands-on action steps. The team learns through experience, reflection, and adjustment.
While working with the whole team, we will integrate one-to-one coaching to support each member individually.
Regular check-in with the team and stakeholders.
