Throughout the program, we work with each individual or group on:
Intercultural Sensitivity: the ability to uncover cultural bias, challenge assumptions, and re-interpret situations and people’s behaviors.
Intercultural competence: the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to expertly lead multicultural teams, work collaboratively and communicate effectively across cultures. We develop Intercultural Competence through the enhancement of the individual’s Emotional Intelligence.
Leverage complexity: develop the mindset to deal with the uncomfortable and unexpected, and use cultural complexity as a source to broaden perspectives, work creatively, and nurture innovation.
The program is always tailored to the client’s real case and needs, and it may include:

Assessments: Intercultural Readiness and Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0
Asynchronous learning activities and resources.
Platform to organize communication and resources.
For international leaders, host country intercultural training may be integrated in the program.
